Services
Tax and accounting, handled with intention.
Tax and accounting come first: individual and business returns, monthly bookkeeping, and Arizona transaction privilege tax (TPT) filings. Advisory builds on that work. Five services, one firm, and one connected view of your finances. Because your books, taxes, and business decisions should probably be on speaking terms.

One accountable firm
The work connects. So does the accountability.
Tax preparation, monthly bookkeeping, TPT filing, cleanup, and advisory draw on the same numbers. When one firm holds all of them, nothing is reconstructed at year end and nothing is filed from a second set of figures. One CPA answers for the whole.
Where the work connects
Books to tax
One set of figures feeds both. Nothing is rebuilt at year end.
TPT to books
The filing and the close are one task, not two. A discrepancy surfaces in the month it happens.
Cleanup to close
The backlog is fixed once. The same standards then keep the books current.
Tax to advisory
Planning starts from the return and the books already in hand. You do not explain your situation twice, and the recommendation reflects the numbers as they are.
One CPA
You work with the CPA who knows your account across every service. A request lands with the person who can answer it.
You can engage one service on its own. Where the work connects, we recommend connecting it.
Who we work with
Two audiences. One standard of work.
Year-round
Owner-led service businesses
Businesses with roughly one to twenty-five employees that have outgrown do-it-yourself bookkeeping or transactional tax preparation but are not ready for an internal accounting function. Owners who value responsiveness, want clean financial information, and prefer one consistent advisor over a rotating team.
- New business owners who want a clean foundation: clean books, clear obligations, and a practical tax plan.
- Growing service firms that need reliable monthly reporting and compliance.
- Businesses with a backlog that needs to be brought current.
- Owner households coordinating business and personal taxes.
In tax season
Individuals and families
Working professionals, families, retirees, and individuals with common complexity. Straightforward returns are welcome. Complexity is priced by scope and stated before work begins.
- Individual taxpayers who want accurate filing, clear answers, and no overlooked details.
- Families and professionals bringing new pieces together: what changed, what is due, and what to plan for.
- Individuals with a side business or rental activity who want both sides handled once.
Not the right firm for every engagement
The clients we serve best value advice and clean records, respond to document requests, respect agreed timelines, and accept direct, documented recommendations. Candor is one of our values, so we also state plainly the work we decline.
Work we decline
Bargain-only filing
Fees follow scope. We compete on clarity and follow-through.
Aggressive tax positions
We recommend positions we can document and defend.
Anonymous, assembly-line service
You work with the CPA who knows your account.
Unlimited work inside a fixed fee
Scope is explicit. We flag additional work before it is performed or billed.
Scope and fees
What is included, and what costs more, in writing.
The prices above are published for a defined scope, not estimated. Your written quote fixes the number before work begins. Every proposal states what is included, what is excluded, what changes the fee, and who is responsible for what.
Scope, line by line
Included
The deliverables named in the proposal. Confirmation of every request within one business day. A clear close on every deliverable: decisions, owners, and due dates.
Priced as additional scope
Schedules, investments, rental or business activity, multiple states, cleanup, late or incomplete documents, added jurisdictions, and work outside the proposal. Each is named in the proposal or flagged before it is performed.
Changes during the work
When something new arrives, we tell you what it is, what it changes, and what it costs before we continue. Nothing additional is performed or billed until you agree.
Recommendation and commitment
We recommend an approach in writing. We commit to what is in the proposal.
